Please note that RMA numbers expire 7 days from issue date. If a product is not received within 7 days of RMA, a new RMA request form must be completed, and the previous RMA number will be void.

All returned product must have the RMA# on the outside of the packaging.
Any returns without this RMA number will be accepted.

Average turnaround time for RMA is 1-2 weeks, any additional delay with the RMA the customer will be contacted.

All defective merchandise must be in original packaging, including all manuals, cables, etc.
